Product Descriptions
With Strata Marble Dining Table the top comes from one single slab of marble — not pieced together, just one continuous piece, so the veining drifts across it naturally instead of breaking off anywhere. Because of that, every slab we cut turns out a little different. Whatever pattern lands on your table, that's it — nobody else has that exact one. The corners are rounded off too, mostly because it looks softer, but also because who wants to catch their hip on a sharp marble edge every time they walk past the kitchen.
The base is where it gets a bit different. No four legs standing at the corners — instead, two fluted wooden pedestals hold the whole thing up. The shape doesn't feel bulky or in-the-way. And because there's no leg at each corner, people can actually sit down and stretch their legs out without kicking wood.
Six people fit around it. Works for a regular Tuesday dinner just as easily as it works for one of those nights where everyone stays late and nobody wants to leave the table. It doesn't feel cramped in a smaller apartment, and it doesn't get lost in a bigger house either — it just fits.
Nothing about it is off-the-shelf. Marble, wood tone, size, edge shape — you pick what makes sense for your place. Modern and stripped-back, or warmer and a bit more layered — either way, it's made to feel like it was always meant to be there.
